Individual Excellence Experience
Take your team on a journey that will identify their unique talents and strengths and help them find new paths to unleashing individual excellence. Each team member will be provided with a CliftonStrengths 34 assessment and participate in a highly interactive learning experience. The experience will help them relate their talents to their current role and create powerful strengths statements based on their ‘best moments’ at work. Participants completing the assessment and learning experience will be awarded a digital certificate and badge of achievement. These credentials can be added to their LinkedIn profile and shared on other social media platforms.
Team Excellence Experience (coming June 2024)
[Pre-requisite: Individual Excellence Experience]
Continue your team’s talent and strengths journey! This session will provide your team with an opportunity to explore its team talent map and uncover powerful talent and strength partnerships to further unleash excellence through collaboration. Participants completing the 2-hour interactive learning experience and 30-day follow-up session will be awarded a digital certificate and badge of achievement. This digital credential can be added to their LinkedIn profile and shared on other social media platforms.
Manager Excellence Experience (coming September 2024)

Now that the individual and team excellence foundations of a strengths-based culture have been laid, it’s time to equip your people managers with some additional strength-based tools. Each manager will be provided with a CliftonStrengths 34 Manager report and participate in a highly interactive learning experience that will help them apply a strengths-based approach to managing their people. Participants completing learning experience and follow-up call requirements will be awarded a digital certificate and badge of achievement. These digital credentials can be added to their LinkedIn profile and shared on other social media platforms.
Leader Excellence Experience (coming December 2024)

Take your business leaders on a journey to help them connect their unique talents to the requirements of effective business leadership! Each participant will be provided with a CliftonStrengths 34 Leader report and participate in a highly interactive learning experience that will help them connect their unique talents to the requirements of effective leadership. Participants completing the learning experience and follow-up call requirements will be awarded a digital certificate and badge of achievement. These digital credentials can be added to their LinkedIn profile and shared on other social media platforms.
Coached (Solo) Talents & Strengths Discovery (TSD) Experiences
Individual Excellence (coming July 2024)
Once you have registered for the program, you will be provided with a code to complete the CliftonStrengths 34 assessment. You will then complete a series of online learning modules and work 1-1 with a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach to further explore your talents, strengths and development opportunities. Once you have completed the journey you will be awarded a digital certificate and badge of achievement that can be added to your LinkedIn profile or shared out to other social media platforms.
